I watched a video that showed YouTube has a function that will tag and blur faces. Maybe it can do the same for plates.

Damn, this is right up my alley, but I'm not commuting home from Dublin on a Friday and then driving up to Sac. That's like 3 - 4 hours sitting in traffic. If it ever moves to a Saturday night, I'm in!
