My wife and I are thinking about moving to San Jose. I really want to have a house as I can't stand the idea of renting for obvious reasons. What neighborhood do you guys recommend for low crimes, good public school for a decent price. The commute would most likely be to Cuppertino and Palo Alto, so something close to that area would be nice. Of course I think that is some of the more expensive real estate in the country, anyone have any recommendation for something that is within 30 minutes during rush hour?
Thanks Also any other tips for working/living in California? Are there any special things that I should know about (outside of high taxes) |
