Help with Removal of Stock Cats

Anyone a veteran of removing the stock cats on a 370z? I need some help because I can't remove those demon bolts. I've tried for two days and failed both

I need some help because I can't remove those demon bolts. I've tried for two days and failed both days. I have stripped the bolt on the passenger side and the grip-tite sockets that I have can't even loosen the bolts. I'd like to remove the stock cats without damaging them. I'll treat you to lunch or dinner for your assistance. I'm in Elk Grove. PM me for my number if you have time and can help. Thanks.
