I agree. I know first impressions are lasting impressions, but at least give them an opportunity to make things right before bashing them in a post.

Does anyone know of any tuning shops in the Sacramento Area? I'd really like to avoid the Bay area if possible.

You guys are all forgetting about one shop in Scotts Valley. They're pretty new, but can handle whatever job you want to throw at them and have top notch facilities, staff, and equipment.
