Default Hardwire Valentine 1 help.

So, I've been trying to install my mirrortap for a while now. Well today I broke the prongs on the mirrortap. I honestly think this thing doesn't fit, but I'm sure it's actually me since I seem to be the only one with this issue. Well I don't know if I should order another mirrortap or go some other route. I do not want to cut/splice and wires. Can anyone recommend a place in the greater puget sound area where I can get it installed or help.

you talking about the long metal prongs that tap into the mirror? I have plent of them I can give you a few to reattach to the wires. I made my own cable a while ago and bought a package with a bunch of them so I have plenty of extras.

Sorry it took me so long to post back. Guess I forget about this thread. After breaking my first mirror tap prongs I ordered another one. I'm not sure what happened (maybe I first one I got had thicker prongs or something by mistake) but the second mirror tap went in with no trouble. I literally just pushed the prongs in without much force and they slide right in without any issues. It was actually really easy. Thanks though for willing to help me.
