Yep!! Screaming like a banshee is fun.. sometimes. It also felt like I attracted to much attention.

If you are moving to a unincorporated county you will most likely be exempt from emissions testing.

Where I live in Oregon I have no emissions testing, it's kind of nice. I really don't mind the testing and all that since it keeps the piles off the road.

I'll be in Lynnwood, so testing will be required, BUT my Oregon tags are good for four years. WA residents get the shaft with tag renewal every year.

The pipes are just too dang loud for me. I may get HFC's at some point down the road. Really, I'm kind of saving for some coils, tires, down the road.
