Local paint shop recommendation
I had my Z accent painted under the lower facia and rear bumper by a company called West Coast Collision Center in Mountlake Terrace (Jeff Stoneman, owner). They did a satisfactory job but I did a poor job of picking the accent color; it has too much maroon and not enough red and it clashes with my car color. My error.
I paid over $800 for the paint job and went back to discuss a re-paint but his office manager basically dismissed me like I was a bum (read "not very friendly person"). I didn't ask for nor expect a free paint job, that’s not my style. I was more interested if they might make me a deal since I'd just had work done there. She took my number and said Jeff would give me a call but apparently he was not interested either as I never heard from him. I should have done my homework because I realize now they are just a volume paint shop. Okay fair enough. I was out of my league, I picked the wrong paint, they performed as promised and certainly don't owe me a thing. I’m a big boy and that’s the end of that story. I really like my car and want to have the paint corrected by a pro who is as interested in my satisfaction as he is in making a living. I realize paint color is very subjective but I need a painter who is an expert with a trained eye that can guide me through the selection process and give me good ideas instead of just taking my check. Yea I’m pissed and a little bitter but it's totally my fault; I’ve been around the block a few times and I approached this with closed eyes. I would appreciate any suggestions as to a great custom paint shop in this area owned by a person interested in his work, not in how big his boat is.

A GTR owner recommended me Queen City Auto Rebuild in Redmond. apparently they work on plenty of exotics. also, pics of what a flying tent can do This is why you secure your tents at an event.

I've heard that JMI in Arlington does good work. I'm planning to take my bodykit to Bel Red auto rebuild in Everett.
