Cars and Coffee
Who is in for this Saturday's (3/14) Cars and Coffee? Rain of shine or only if there is no rain?
The event is casual (all kinds of different cars and styles), people bring their cars in around 9AM at the Starbucks parking lot just South of the Tukwila REI.

First thing in the morning I have to run to Nissan Puyallup to get my license plates. They could of mailed them to me, but my temp tag expires this Saturday. Since I'm out if town Monday thru Friday, driving to get the plates was my best option. I'll stop by on my way to Bellevue Saturn, they owe me money on the service contract when I traded in the Sky. I have to show them the mileage from the odometer disclosure statement. The Saturn in Renton is kind of folding up. Rain or Shine I'll stop by.

I'd like to go to this, but I don't think I can make it. Well, I CAN, but my willpower is just not there. I work nights, so I literally just got home (7am.) I work again tonight and it's hell if I don't get a good 7 hours. I know, I'm a wuss. I'll keep my eyes open for the next one so I can take the day off and not worry about falling asleep.

I went and stayed from 9:10 to 9:30..............no show
I have to conclude that (Cars and Coffee) + rain = FAIL I could have been more patient and waited longer but I really wasn't getting the feeling that many people were going to show. I'll hit this again when the sun is showing.

I was there between 8:50 and 9:10. And came back at 9:30. I think I just missed you.
I could not find a Starbucks to the south. I did find one to the west. Is that the one? Last edited by pagefaulted; 03-14-2009 at 02:54 PM. |

Re-post.......How many 370Zs now in the greater Seattle area?
Repost, but with cars now becoming more available I thought I'd take the "roll call" again.
With nicer weather approaching it would be great to organize some drives etc.

I'll be around this weekend, taking care of some business in the Renton area. I'll stop buy the Starbucks near the REI (SouthCenter Mall) area Saturday morning.
Is this the Starbucks close to Target? |

Wow, another 370Z then in the area. I almost left a card on the windshield with the forum address but didn't, due to how picky some people can be. Probably should have since I have not seen the car after that.
