Z => Shelby GT 500
 

Hey guys,
Been awhile

Went to a few meets and met some of you, haven't been around here in awhile. Anyway I finally sold the Z, and I'm really going to miss it. I have one more day with it, and well, it's depressing... for now.

I'll have a GT 500 Saturday Morning! =] I'll post pics up soon...

I have pulled some stuff off the Z, AAM Catback, Art Pipes, and 4 20 mm spacers I'll have for sale, all in nice condition (post that soon as well).

Z is a terrific car, but I suppose like everyone I want to try something new. Been driving strictly Nissan for the most part since my first car, a 90 Path Finder, an 02 Maxima, 06 G35 Coupe... I'll keep you guys posted

Can't argue with a Shelby.

Honestly love the way Z drives, totally different animals obviously, i'll miss the way i could toss the Z into corners, and really have to make an adjustment in driving style... I had to feather it during the test drive, and broke 80 was nuts. I've never owned anything this powerful, driven a few, after I drove my friends modded up GT, paid off nearly the entire loan, and just wondering if this is a good change for me... Always loved JDM, now i'm ready for a mullet I guess lol

AH nice, my buddy has the red one, i think some type of burgundy/ cranberry type color (it in one of those pics partially). I didn't get a choice in the colors, but I usually get like all white or black cars... i have to admit the stripes are growing on me though.

My fave parts: the capital SHELBY and the led stripes on the headlights.

Oh. And the aggressive front end.

Thanks =] I love this car, honestly feel privileged to drive it... The most powerful vehicle I've owned (and up there with most i've driven) The wheels are a bit filthy from braking, but will clean the car up and get a ton of pics this weekend, also after I put on the exhaust in a few weeks. Wish I could drive it every day, but she will live in the garage just like the Z did... New York weather sucks, and i won't be fooling around in the snow (or even rain much).

I know I may be judged for saying this, but the feeling of pulling up next to a Ferrari, guy wearing his little Ferrari hat with his wife, my buddy revved the engine just a little to see if he wanted to play. He looked directly at the Cobra on the side (not at us) then got all nervous turned away and looked ashamed LOLOL :roflpuke2: Yea it's just a Mustang, but that was truly priceless, the car is scary and will eat you lol.
