Great!!..I will post the link later today once i get some more free time at work lol...What do you plan on bringing and how many people are you bringing to make sure we have enough food for everyone?

And yea it'll be cool to roll as big group to the Clean Culture Meet I just have to make sure I don't have plans for that day first since its Mothers Day

Drinks looks like we have enough...we do have a few people bringing hot dogs, burgers and chicken...you can also bring one of those items and if more ppl bring one item they can save some money by buying less

DATE CHANGE I didn't realize it was Mothers Day May 10, so to ensure that everyone has time to celebrate Mothers day we will move the day of the ZQ to Saturday May 9. If a lot of you have issues with the new date, we can find another date, but please do post if the new date works or doesn't work for you. Thank you.

Time: 10:00 AM SHARP
Location: Lake Wawayanda 885 Warwick Turnpike, Hewitt, NJ 07421. I will upload a pdf for the location in the park we will be holding the bbq.
Price: $10-per car, is the entrance fee the park charges.

FOOD:
Food will be bought by the members attending. Below are a list of items needed. The suggested budget per member to spend is $15 to $25. This amount seems reasonable for way the items are divided and the number of people bringing them. Please shop smart so you make the most out of your money It is up to you if you want to spend a little more than suggested, we will not be mad if you do

If you plan on attending please reply with the format provided below and the items you are bringing. We can also have multiple people bring the same items if they want to. I will update the list as people keep on posting.

CARAVAN:
We will have a meet up location at Starbucks in 457 River Rd Edgewater, NJ to drive to the BBQ site. Its about a 40-45 min. Drive. We will need to meet up at 8:20 AM and we will leave at 8:45 am sharp.

We can add another location in central jersey if there are more people wanting to drive as a group or as always, everyone is welcome to just meet us there

I can't text you since I'm missing a digit. But he is asking 150 for the cots. That is from Wednesday evening to Sunday. We must leave the mansion by Sunday. I paid 250 but that's for the beds. There are garage space available for 50. See 3 postings before for the link
