HOBOKEN — A 20-year-old Clifton woman running late for work Sunday morning was arrested on charges of underage driving while intoxicated after tailgating and trying to overtake a Hoboken police cruiser, police said.

Kelly Mora, of Clifton, was charged with DWI in a school zone, DWI and underage DWI, police reports said. She was also given summonses for reckless driving, tailgating, crossing a double yellow line, and underage consumption of alcohol, reports said.

ha ha, sounds like the stuff that goes down around here. lol

The cop should have brake checked her and added some kind of "assaulting an officer's vehicle" charge in the mix. A couple of years getting fisted by the bikerdykes in the pen will ensure she never drives drunk again.

1. Reckless driving 5 Points $50-$200 Fine

2. Tailgating 5 Points $50-$200 Fine

3. Crossing a double yellow line (Improper Passing?) 4 Points $95 Fine

4. Underage consumption of alcohol Up to 6 months in jail, a $500–$1000 fine, and a mandatory 6-month suspension of the person's driver's license.

5. DWI in a school zone 12-24 months driving privilege suspension $500-$800 fine 60 days imprisonment.

6. DWI Minimum 3 months driving privilege suspension $250-$400 fine 12-48 hours at intoxicated driver resource center (IDRC) Up to 30 days imprisonment

7. Underage DWI Minimum 30-90 day driving privilege suspension if currently licensed 15-30 days mandatory community service; and participation in an IDRC or other alcohol education and completion of a highway safety program.

And an insurance surcharge of $1,000 a year for three years.
