Im not sure what Central PA is territorally considered but Ive always used Shades of Gray Tint in PA.

Shades of Gray Window Tinting - Bucks County and Philadelphia

Yeap, I'm borderline mid-atlantic and North-east... I live an hour north of harryburg.
