Tire rack agreed to swap the tires out...Hope this does the trick...if not all you pss guys are smoking crack! Wondering if my suspension setup is a culprit as well...the konis made this thing like a go cart...then the tires messed it all up!

They canceled test n, tune...pens game it is! :-)

I think they are good tires, not saying they are not, I will make a final judgement when I get the narrower tires. If they were on anything else they would be great, it just seems that most people accept the little but of tire roll at these sizes and neglect it, if the car was boosted and I "needed" this size tire I would dismiss it...however at this power level, my car needs to be a handling machine, and the swifts and konis do that...these tires compromised that a bit, which at this time is not acceptable. I am excited to see how the stock sizes perform!

I agree. Whenever you get the new ones lets us know what happens then.

I had PSSs on my car when I first got it and couldn't stand them. Going from Star Specs on my M3 and RSX-S, it was a step backward in grip and response. I thought the PSS were just not as aggressive as I wanted. I think they are more of a touring tire that can be sporty, than a sporty tire you can drive on the street.

I don't think the size is the problem so much. The extra slop could be dialed away with some PSI. When I autox, I need stiff sidewalls and usually go 43 to 46 psi actually. 38 is way too low to me.

I will say this though, the PSS were great in the rain and very quiet comparatively.

That's funny coming from you, I would think you'd be exactly the sort to do everything for that lil extra bit.

Not at the expense of ruining $1500 worth of tires more than I already have lol unless I needed it to beat a friend for bragging rights but none of you came close enough to scare me.

Only 1 other person ran the strip? What do you mean no one came close?

Besides, he was behind the power curve as it was with an open diff..
