I built my Evo, all done by myself. My Z is stock but I have CNT cbe and test pipe coming Saturday and R2C intake coming Friday.

You havn't used it to tune your Z? how did you get tuned?
I don't want to have to buy the kit for just one tune. I'm not going to do anymore engine mods until I do a TT

i have the kit where i can continually tune it. and i havent flashed my ECU yet since i just dont know enough to do it myself. i rather not hurt it. sooo its either i take some time and get some info or just pay for a tune.

So they sent you a base map for your exhaust mod and now you want to fine tune it more? Ya I dont know much about tuning either, just need to find a dyno and tuner, i saw some one in ohio and virginia

i dont need a tune yet. exhaust doesnt change the A/F ration enough to need a tune. i am waiting on intakes then a tune. i have already been in contact with the guys at PTuning in Manassas VA about a tune.

I'm going to take my Nismo to Vince at RT Tuning on the other side of the state for an UpRev tune. Looking at my work schedule. Trying for mid Sept.

That's out in Philly area I think. There's a closer shop over in Ohio only like a 3 hour drive. They are listed on uprevs site of authorized tuners.

Don't know much about them. Vince has a good rep from everybody I have talked to. Besides, that will give me a chance to see some old friends over there. Get away from the GF for awhile. Also nothing like cruzin' down the old turn pike trying your new tune. :driving:

Yea you're right about all that. I actually stopped in at Ptuning in manassas va when I just drove down to va beach for vaca. Nice shop there too. Very big.

Let me know how you like it there, for me it's a coin flip between RTTuning and PTuning. I'm about the same distance (far :( ) from both lol

for info and directions. from Pittsburgh it's easy drive straight down 79 to Waynesburg. takes about 50 mins to an hour depending on your driving style lol

i've gone to every event this year and all have been fun. typically about 150-250 cars there. one time almost 300 cars racing.

if anyone wants to go and meet up to cruise down just let me know and i'll give you my # and we can get in contact.

Hey guys, new to the site, live about an hour out of the burg, but have family all over the city and went to school at DUQ, still trying to sell my 350 so I can get a 370...

I had Vince at RT tune my 350 and I highly recommend them, everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also got me some decent results on the 350, about 10-15 horse gain in the upper revs, although peak fell off, my AF ratio was a mess, the car was night and day.

Welcome to the site and hopefully u can get a 370 soon. Actually I saw one for sell by some kid who just graduated from carengie mellon and is moving back to turkey. It's a 2010 red touring/sport with 8k miles. Think he was asking 31k.

really? there was a silver one up at the nissan dealer on liberty ave in the city and they let me sit in it. i'm pretty sure you go down with a Z and say you're trying to upgrade they let you test drive one lol

if anyone sees this and has any interest in going to race or just to go and watch please let me know. if anyone up by the city is going i'm sure we could meet up and roll down together. also i know the way by heart since i went to college right down the road from where this is. used to get breakfast at the diner there after long party nights lol

as it stands now i will be going. i highly doubt that will change since i haven't missed any this year. it's a good time and there's a ton of cool and fast cars that show up. i'd say on average there are 150-250 cars. least i've seen was 125 and most was 300+. there's everything too. old school muscle, new muscle, full out drag cars, ricers, imports, diesel trucks, suvs, etc... basically anything but bikes lol.
