ok soo its been like 2 weeks since i posted in here and just wanted to get one out there.
2 weekends ago i attended the Pittsburgh cars & coffee meet and it was a good time aside from some rain drops. alot of nice cars and really nice exotics there as well. really good turn out for the pending weather too. even had a lambo come with the rain lol probably was about 40-50 cars there. afterwards a group of us ended up going to Pittsburgh international raceway (formerly beaverun) and had a group kart session. lasted about 2-2 1/2 hours and we had a 15 min practice session, 15 min qualifying, and then a 30 min 2-man enduro race. all for just $60 a person which i think was welllllll worth the money. maybe we should try and organize something like that soon or possibly early next year. also i am sad that the drag strip i go to in ohio is done for the year after this weekend i believe. buttttt the drag strip in monroeville (Pittsburgh Raceway Park) has moved their test and tunes from thursday nights to saturday mornings/afternoons. they are going to be open until mid november as well. i personally plan on going up there at least 2-3 times before they close down. if anyone is interested let me know and i'm sure we can all meet up. if anyone has any events or ideas they want to add please feel free. here are links to everything i talked about in this post Pittsburgh C&C Pittsburgh International Raceway Pittsburgh Raceway Park (Drag Strip)
