No one ever wants to drive too far from their place, even though the next week it would be someone elses turn. And it doesn't matter really cause no matter where it would be, it'd be a drive for me.

haha you're talking to a guys who has had his Z for 1 year and 3 months and went from 1800 miles when purchased to 16,500 now lol. i put about 2500 on this summer alone i think and my work commute is only 25 miles round trip.

let's figure somethin out for us. i got drag strips, lots of bars all around me, and a spare bedroom. what do you got to offer? lol

Hey guys, so just bought my Z 4 days ago. Im stationed at Dover AFB but home for me is about a half hour east of Pittsburgh. I come home every so often and was looking for some info about meets, races etc. to get involved in for when i do get the chance to come home. Figured after skimming over this thread you would be the people to talk to! Ill try to read up on everything that you've been talking about but my attention span can only go so far. Pretty much just wanted to make my presence known so i can get involved in the future

Glad you found the thread. I started it and have been slowly gaining interest and people around the area. Hopefully now that the number of Z owners close has grown we can start getting more meets and other things going. Just keep us posted of when u come home and whatnot maybe we can work something out.

Welcome to the site and congrats on getting the Z.

hey guys. i got to thinking last night an did a search and found a already established cars and coffee group for Pittsburgh. not on this site but on FB. they also have their own website (forum) as well.

they do bi-weekly meets in Robinson township at the starbucks by the mall. also on the site i see they hold other events and also give info on any events in the area. through reading their meet rules and whatnot they sound a bit uppity lol they dont seem as laid back or fun as Z guys but i cant judge a book by it's cover until i go. their next meet is the sept 22nd 9am-12 noon. i think im gonna go if nothing comes up
