sorry you have to sell man. just a heads up on your price, I sold my 09 touring + sport with 10k miles for 28k, I couldn't find anyone to give me the asking price I wanted.... people are cheap.

wh1te370z 09-29-2011 08:55 AM

oh i know lol. worst comes to worse ill trade it in and sell all the extra stuff i have and come close to what id want for it. Im prob going to a dealer td to look at a couple cars and see what theyll give me for a trade in. It sucks

ChrisSlicks 09-29-2011 09:01 AM

Sad day Chris. Best of luck my friend. Are you moving into snow country?

wh1te370z 09-29-2011 09:12 AM

No way! i hate the snow lol. It looks like i can get a house for a crazy deal on the island. but i pay too much for my car to be able to afford both and not be strapped for money all the time. Between insurance and my payments on the Z its like a mortgage lol.

If the house falls through ill build a track car and keep the jeep. At least this way i can have a dependable Daily driver that i can do everything in and itll be a little more practical.

ChrisSlicks 09-29-2011 09:24 AM

Okay cool. Good luck on the house! As sad as it is you're making a wise choice.

birdmanx1 09-29-2011 09:31 AM

Sad to read that you are parting ways with your Z but def more exciting stuff with the house. Good luck with the purchase process. Are you getting a white BMW 1 or 3series? :stirthepot::tup:

Red__Zed 09-29-2011 09:36 AM

Gotta do what you gotta do. Putting a car on hold for a house is definitely not a bad call.

I hear ya there man. NY insurance sucks I have geico and I had no idea my insurance was gonna go so high with the z. thats probably why people are selling. anyway good luck with the sale very nice car :tiphat:

good luck... i went with the house a year after i had to part w/ my turbo G.... insurance rates for me finally dropped down switching out of Geico into my friend who works at Liberty Mutual and saved me $1500 bucks a year.....

get the house, i got a steal on my house so I can walk away later on and have equity to buy more toys

Good for you. I just changed from Geico to Statefarm and realized I've been over charged hell a lot being with Geico.
From a couple replies in here, I can see Geico charges more
