I was talking to George (geosZ) and he said that we should head out to englishtown and do a few runs. So I'm just trying to see if anyone would be down.

I definitely miss Englishtown sometimes... such a nice track. And you can actually drive around the waterbox too.

wow thats like 45-60 mins away from me. I have absolutely no track experience though. I'd love to join in but I'd hate to be "that guy" that keeps annoying everyone with asking too many questions and asking everyone to teach me about tracking.

They give you a slip and every time you run they mark it off. After 3 or 4 runs they take it away. If its not crowded they let you run again and again (after they take away the card).

Anything in particular needed for this? Register somewhere or do you just show up? Also, do you need a helmet?

You'll need a helmet. They rent them out for a few bucks but they usually stink.

don't worry about the helmet. i can bring mine and you can use it too.

however i need to find out if this is DOT approved. hehe

I'll def go. The earlier you get there the better. What time do you guys plan to leave? If George gets out at 2:30 by him 3-3:30 is a good time to leave but the earlier the better.

What time and where are you guys meeting up for this ? I'm out in Suffolk and may just roll there and see you guys there since it seems most of you are from queens... but if theres a convenient spot you are all meeting up the ride in with a bunch of us would be much more fun... also if you are in suffolk LMK well meet up and go together.. Im gonna have my MT ET streets on , I am hoping they ride just fine...

I just noticed the times and I can soooooo make it OMG!!!! LOL. I get out at 1300. Let me know if all you guys are going to meet up someone where cause I really thinking of going. I'm probably going to run like 16's since I have no track experience.

I have ezpass and we r gonna meet by Astoria park I'n queens it's right under the triboro bridge meet is about 3pm
