Gettin gun metal z tinted

Im sopost to pick up my base Z coupe later this week when the weather clears up. Do people have any opinion on how to tint it out? Im worried about using to black of a tint which would clash with the gray of the car. Are there any brands which make a similar gray? On my audi i have it tinted 50% with it darker on the back which i think look great. any ideas???

Also just moved to New Jersey so any tint shops people recommend? Im in Morristown/Somerville area?

Sorry man cant help you out with tint shops in Jersey. There should be some folks in that area that can chime in.

Personally, normal black tints will look hot on the GM. I think any color other than your standard black tints tend to give it a bit of a riced out look. As for making the rear darker than your sides, this is pretty common practice among members on the forum and will look great.

Congrats on the GM, best color in my opinion.

so i finally got around to tinting the Z! I did 25% and 55% on the windshield.

This was my first time getting a windshield tinted and i love it!!! its incredible! It light enough that it doesnt interfere with night driving it improves it because it reduces glare from on coming traffic.

I've found that 25% is enough for privacy without getting any grief so far. to get an idea my dog is standing in the driver seat

and wow the gun metal color looks way darker than the platinum graphite.

Yea the windshield look great and i dont think there going to give me a hard time because its less noticeable inperson, there going to care a lot more sh!t about the front two windows
