I wouldn't knock him for it. A lot of people just assume if it doesn't show an accident, it's fine. Because that is what CarFax is primarily for - accident history. But it's also useful to see trends or patterns in a car's service history.
I went through like 10 BMW 335i Coupes before I found one with a good service history for my girlfriend. |

I paid performance motorsport 200 dollars to inspect the car, check the compression etc. They supposedly checked the compression and then lied to me about it saying it was 'good,' never actually gave me numbers. then when i rechecked it for a 120k they said the compression must have gone bad in the 300 miles i put on the car since i had it inspected. they missed pretty much every single issue there was with the car. Not my fault. but i was the one who had to pay in the end.

That one isn't any better though, bro. May even be worse seeing as how many times it exchanged hands. Pretty weird history there.
But I'm glad you made it home fine. And I'm glad you didn't get stuck with a piece of sh*t jalopy. You wanna come out tomorrow to the meet? |
