The new NJ inspection law you just have to pass emission and your gas cap from what I have heard they are letting blacked out tinted windows threw here.

But I will say this why would you ut something illegal on your car when you knew you would fail for it?

Well it's only 30% instead of the legal 35% and they were given me a hard time. I found a shop and solved the problems, thank you all for the responses
