2nd Road Run Around the Mighty Hudson River 8/14/10

It is the second installment of this drive organized by NYZCC. The first one was held back in June. Although the first drive was short of Z34's, it was still a success...so much that they're doing it again!!

I'm asking all you guys to come out to this run and show support for 'your' local Z car club.

EVENT DETAILS

Arrive - 6:45 am --> leave 7:00 am
First group will meet at the Mobile gas station at Annesville circle (Annsville Circle Cortlandt, NY) Cortland, NY

Arrive - 7:30 am -->leave 07:45 am
Group will head over the Bear Mountain Bridge and head south on the P.I.P.
Then exit @ exit 10 of the P.I.P. and meet in the park and ride to the left off the exit.

Arrive - 8:25 am --> leave 8:45 am
(meet all NYC and L.I. members here)
South on P.I.P. to G.W.B.
G.W.B. to Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95 North) exit at Gunhill Rd and meet at the Fridays parking lot where we have our weekly meets. Friday's address below:

1778 EAST GUN HILL RD
BRONX, NY 10469

I-95 North to Hutchinson Pkwy to Merritt Pkwy North

Merritt Pkwy North exit at High Ridge Road. We will take back roads back to New York State and eventually to the Bear Mt area. We will stop for food at the end of this road trip and members are free to go home after this.

Basically members should plan to be out driving until noon or so. This is meant to be a fun day where we all just get out and drive our cars! Members from outside the stop points should make arrangements to arrive together if they can, example: Long Island group.

We had 15 cars last time and we should have no problem getting 20+!!!

We will have a fun and safe day!

Just a reminder, this event is only 2 days away. Weather should be great!!

It was a good turnout. The drive was nice and the company was even better. It's a shame I was the only 370z there. Eh, "you can lead a horse to water..."

I believe there will be 2 more runs before winter, hopefully more people from this site can attend.
