Any good Nissan dealer service departments for warranty work in Queens or LI?
 

Hey guys,

I need some warranty work done. My car was at a Nissan dealer (not mentioning the name) for a week and a half and they explained they didn't know what the issue was and pretty much gave up. Totally unacceptable. My car is a 2014 Nismo that makes a metallic rattle at 5k rpm and above in 2nd gear all the way to 4h. I'm sure it happens in 5th and 6th too but I can't be going that fast on public streets. The rattle sounds like it's coming from the transmission area.

Today I took it to my private mechanic and in his opinion he believes it to be transmission related as well. So I'm looking for a Nissan dealer willing to take this seriously and sort it out. Does anyone personally know of a service advisor I can talk to in Queens or Long Island? Appreciate any feedback.

Hey I know you haven't got the answer you been looking for. You should try posting in the group VQNYC on Facebook. A lot of people there with connects and pretty sure they could point you in the rite direction. Good luck hope it all gets solved !
