Good Z mechanics in upstate NY ?
 

Does anyone know a reliable mechanic in upstate New York for the Z ? I just purchased a '10 with 30k miles on it and I've been reading about the wonderful CSC failures. Can pretty much anyone do these or is it best to take it to a place familiar with these cars ?

Hey whats up man, your best bet is to find a reasonable shop close to you. Mine is going into a place called marcy professional transmission. My 350z had a clutch and flywheel and gears replaced there with ss lines all pivot and roller and throwout bearings and such for like $500. I provided all parts of course with that price. They do a lot of tranny work for a engine builder in the area. Its out here towards Utica tho. Im sure you have someone out that way but if your need more info im probably a hourish away. I plan on doing all of the same mods again through them they really know their stuff.

Drive to Lansdale PA and go see R/T tuning. It's worth the drive trust me
