How much do you think Nissan 400Z will cost?
How much do you think Nissan 400Z will cost? It seems like Nissan want to compete against the Toyota Supra. What's your take on what should be the starting price for the new Z and what options or packages will it have?

Also depends on whether Nissan wants to play with Supra or stay below it.... For one I hope the pricing is a bit higher than the current base... If it is near the Supra, it will be a no go for me...

Because the current 2020 370Z has an MSRP of 30k to 46k depending on trim
I would guess 40k to 56k. |
competing price with the Supra I would think. Id imagine there will be a trim level that isnt turbo'd though, so probably low 40s for that one.

If we’re going to see a price that competes with the Supra .... what are Supra sales numbers? I honestly don’t know, have never seen one in the wild. If the numbers are strong then yeah, weak numbers, then maybe a lower price point. :twocents:

They need to make it cheaper than the Supra but offer more horsepower. Shouldn’t be hard since they already have an engine capable of it without working up a sweat and the chassis is derived from the present Z. The BMW Supra is dead if this happens, fake vents and all.

My guess; $35k Base, Sport $38k, Touring, $40k, Nismo $45k. Has to stay below the Q60 or it'll just cannibalize internally.

The Supra is a disappointment, it’s a rebadged bmw. The new z will be in the same price range and as long as they don’t make a rebadge q60 ref sport it will

I'm guessing 5k over current pricing all around, keeping the entry point considerably lower than the Supra's.
