At least the front bumper is easy to change with what will certainly be many options in the aftermarket. I like it how it is, LOL.

I disagree. I watched the unveil live and when they showed the front end I can tell you my reaction was that of distaste. 90% of the general reaction is that the front bumper, especially the grille, needs to be redesigned. If there is 1 single design to be changed, it is the front grille. And I'm sure it will be come production. Last edited by Andaesthetics; 09-17-2020 at 10:14 PM. |

I'm just saying if everyone is gonna armchair quarterback I'll be happy to say otherwise. I mean seriously all we see is banter about a front end that can easily be adjusted with aftermarket. Look I'm not saying it's perfect, but I guess I would have expected this community of all others would have had nothing but positive to say after such a stretch. Just me though, I guess. My bad

I was just watching over some videos on Youtube and I noticed this circle on the B pillar. Might this be a blind spot sensor? If you look closely the B pillar is angled towards the back so it would be facing directly into the blind spot. A subtle but nice touch.

Check out MotorTrend's analysis. Although obvious to us Z owners, it details how this new Z is a 370z underneath its skin.

If it makes you guys feel better go stare at the front end of the new Toyota Avalon. It's not even turbocharged. Let that sink in.
When the 370Z first debut I thought it was ugly and was catfish looking. Then I saw it in person and it was actually quite cool looking, and the proportions weren't that bad. I was really hoping Nissan would trim the proportions a bit with the new Z. I'm hoping it doesn't weigh 3700 lbs.

Why is a turbocharged engine so important? People are just going to change it anyways or complain about how slow it is and go tune it and fry the ECU and/or pistons lol. There was/is nothing ideologically wrong with the current 3.5/3.7 engines as it stands.
Over the years it seemed like everyone was certain Nissan was going to shove a VR38dett in the Z chassis someday. Now everyone will be happy with a 3.0tt? |

If you are looking for driver assistance safety features, the new Z will have automatic emergency braking. This is because from 2022 onwards, all cars will be required by law to have it. Last edited by viiv; 09-18-2020 at 05:04 AM. |
