Our Z was supposed to just be the Nissan Z. But last minute decisions changed that. So im sure you're right about this one. Especially since we have lowered displacement.

So the first reveal is tonight at 8:30?
I just saw that in the 400z forum.

I doubt they'll go backwards with the numbering system. Poor marketing strategy.

It has always been the displacement of the engine.

Aannnddd ruined. The front and rear are absolutely bland, blocky, and distasteful. Disappointed is not even close to what I am right now.

If they made the front end look closer to this render it would look great.

Positives: CARBON FIBER, interior looks nice, side profile looks nice

first impression is eh, but it's still a "proto" stage. Clearly some edges and details don't have definition.

But then he said "close to final" O_O

Agree. That front grill doesn't demonstrate any Z heritage characteristics, and it's horrible in its own right.

And why did they pick that ugly lemon-lime color for the reveal?

Not a fan of the front, but the side profile and rear I do like

contrast top sheds light on how cool a drop top could look.

very possible the color is not helping here. The lines are harder to make out.

Don't like it, but even worse for me is that I feel the look is underwhelming. Wife's worst nightmare came true.

Borrowed interior and tech from current Altima's are expected, I'll take it.

Brakes are nice, hope they don't cost a kidney.

Still can't wait to see it in person, maybe wife and I will feel differently in person

absolutely hate the front. side looks nice. unsure about rear. interior looks good.

I think I just need to see it in a different color because I'm not sold yet. Also specs and price.

Hard to see the curves with this neon green/yellow....why this color for unveiling?

Very disappointed in the appearance. I'll withhold judgement until I see it in person, but I don't love it like I expected to, and I'm not ready to pull out my checkbook.

Half an hour in, and all they've told us is V6 TT with 6MT.

This presentation is pretty terrible. I'm out. I'll catch up when it's over. LOL
