[OFFICIAL] Discussion for the next new Nissan 400Z Z35?

I don't like the electronic dashes, for me it's analog all the way. I think the interior is just fine, I don't need or want all the pretty colors & warnings beeping at me. The last thing I would have is a knob for the gear shift.

i have a base with a nothing interior and i dont care lol. so yes its subjective. car drives well, hooks up to my iphone for music and calls. done. lol
whenever i finish a stressful day at work and i get to see my 370z's sexy butt i lose all my stress.

What kills our interior most gotta be the materials. If the gauges were contoured and soft touches were present and the third gauge was more Porsche like. Our interiors would be best in class. We don't need any dramatic changes.

Oh I meant the terminator eye in the dash. BUT THAT TOO!! They could've integrated a clock in the radio.

I love my 16 Nismo tech interior. It's minimalistic yet has everything I need.

Nice analog gauges, decent stereo, nav, soft materials, comfy steering wheel, comfy and basic seats, three pedals and nice red backlighting. Anything else is just unnecessary. Hell, even the navi is unnecessary, but I feel it makes the dash look good

The only gripe I have is that stupid clock on the dash and the lack of any OEM looking replacement gauge option. The clock is completely useless as the nav screen has one too, literally 3.5 inches away. I wish the clock was the standard option, with an upgrade option to an actual and useful gauge.

Dirk, the replacement is coming. It's being worked on now. I keep up on everything Honda does and unless something catastrophic happens where they have to scrap the car altogether, it should be out by 2018-2019.

We've been hoping the same thing for a new Z. A new S2000 would be awesome. Do you have any links showing something concrete or just speculation like the Z?
