Yep. I could even live with the interior, given that car with 300 HP.
Unfortunately I am not even sure if those motors hold up to much hard use without FI. |

Coming from a Mustang the lack of power in that car was a deal-breaker for me. The Z is better in every way except handling, and even that's open for debate. Certainly has a $h*t-ton more grip than the little Scibaru...
Looks: Z>twin Brakes: Z>>twin Power: Z>>>twin Interior: Z>twin Steering response Z=twin (both are good) Grip: Z>>twin Perceived quality: Z>twin Cabin visibility: Z=twin (both suck) Day to day usefulness: twin>Z Price: Tough call, but IMO you get what you pay for.

The steering is really good on the BRZ, and the shifter placement is pretty much dead on. The pedals are just right for heel & toe, the blind spots aren't bad at all... I think, other than the Salad Shooter wheels, it's a pretty decent looking car, too. I just could not deal with the lack of power. You put some sticky tires on it and there goes about 75% of the fun.
I guess I could get a golf cart and put plastic wheels on it and drift it around everywhere, that would be fun, right? |
