Hope it doesn't weigh too far north of 3555lbs.

im gonna go with 3650-3900lbs.

triso07 11-25-2015 09:11 AM

3650 is doable since this falls on the luxury side of things, but North of that is too heavy.

depending on how many drinks i'm in... i don't want a ferrari in a ford body

the q just looks too big for my tastes. starts reminding me of a challenger. but it is supposed to be a luxury vehicle so i get that. just not my cup of tea

Isnt that what nissan has been doing all along though....correct me if im wrong, but I've seen quite a few articles from back in the day comparing the looks of the 240z to other cars of that time such as the jaguar e type and some of the Porsche models

fair enough... i mean the z was supposed to rival the porche boxer (ehh the hardtop version,... whatever they call it now). even now the z has a slight similarity to the porche curves. kinda.

well then take 400 x 17% as avg drivetrain loss for RWD and Auto then BOOM guesstimated WHP :bowrofl:

400*.17=68

400-68=332

you now have stock 370zBHP at the wheels stock lol

it all just came full circle

FPenvy 11-25-2015 09:57 AM

like doing my equation where my car is at 390BHP

390*.17=66.3

390-66.3=323.7 which is damn near close to my dyno number lol

390*.83=323.7...

you know... less steps and same outcome.

like let's take an sexanology.

you gonna go down and fondle and unstrap/zip, kissies and crap.

yes I know the quick way to do it but people appreciate when you take you time and show your attention to detail and hard work.

also dual meaning as a sex analogy. :tiphat:

or you can state it another way... you get about 85% power from the pansymatic drivetrain.
