2018 BMW M4 Facelift spotted, to be unveiled in March
The last few bimmer came out in 2007. Our cars in 2009. The bimmer was redesigned in 2014. We look pretty much the same. In 2017. The new gen M4 is already being refreshed. Still no Z. I can't believe cars are on double rotation and Nissan doesn't have the courtesy of saying.... No we're not making a Z. I might get that Supra as a coupe. Praying it's more analog than digital like the 86 but with more power. I'm just gonna follow the Supra.

Just for kicks, I used Nissan's Live chat on thier website and asked about any plans or news on the next gen Z, and they responded with no info or news and recommened me to look at the 2017 model.. ![]() With this type of info I don't expect seeing a new Z for 2018 or any other year any time soon. I'm guessing Nissan is expecting us to turn to Infinity for future performace cars. Which I'm not going to cough up extra $$$ just for a different Nissan Motors badge. On top of that we all these new turbo engines and manufactures like Kia and Hyundai coming out with cheap cars that can either outperform the Z or at lease come close, maybe it's just me, but that crap really gets under my skin and drives me nuts. Here's some more news!! even Dodge is stepping up the game in a huge way!! They just announced that they are making the Deamon challenger and charger! More HP then the Hellcat!!
BUT WAIT THERES MORE! If you read the artical they are now selling the 707HP Hellcat for $60k!! Yes that's the same price as the Q60 RedSport that only has 400HP.. Again I state Nissan is dead.. http://www.motortrend.com/news/2018-...lcat-steroids/

Honda is the same. Those losers are still adamant that FWD is the best and nothing else in the world should be created, besides a FWD biased AWD system. They lost all their sporty edge. The most they have is the Civic Si for the last decade, which simply just gets uglier every year and little more. Honda has finally promised us the Civic Type R, but not much is known about the North American version. Safe to say it is FWD again, and will likely cost as much as a Focus RS. No thanks. Lexus and Acura are the same ****. No manual transmissions, soft as **** suspensions, numb steering and whatever else that makes us not want one. Lexus has been doing it since pretty much 2000. The only thing Mazda has is the Miata, but it's not much of a sports car. Yeah it handles nicely, but it is slow as ****. It's essentially a "sports" car geared towards middle aged men that are more concerned about comfort than anything else. After owning one, I refuse to get into another. The daily ridicule isn't worth it either. From EVERYONE. Face it. We are a dying segment. Even if there is 1,000,000 of us in North America, it simply isn't enough. Why? Believe me, I too am sad about it. What makes me even more sad is that it seems youth these days have zero interest in cars. Or at least not that many do anymore. Back in the day, man, you'd see hot imports all over town. Some nice, some pieces of ****, but still, you could see enthusiasts of all ages. What was nice is that the younger youth- the ones who couldn't afford nicer cars when they were young, were buying them when they could finally afford them. But that stopped somewhere. Or rather, is slowing down big time. And it seems that love is being lost, and we are being punished since brands want to continue making big money and as such, cater to these groups. And these groups are huge. And they don't give a damn about cars. |

The M4 is not a stand alone vehicle like the Z. Nissan does not have the same, unless you count the Infiniti coupe as being the plebe version. What's Nissans plebe vehicle that they sell thousands upon thousands of, to be able to offer a sport offering? Nothing? Hmmm. The Z is a Z is a Z. Nissan does not sell enough of them for them to care. Go ahead, prove me wrong. I would love to see otherwise. If Nissan does sell enough, why are they pushing it in almost the 9th year of production? Why is there no replacement? "This car is so profitable for us, we should definitely NOT make a replacement!"
