TSBs outside of warranty?

Does anyone have experience with Nissan with getting TSBs fixed after the warranty has expired? I know some car makers will still fix TSBs, but not sure about Nissan? I

Does anyone have experience with Nissan with getting TSBs fixed after the warranty has expired? I know some car makers will still fix TSBs, but not sure about Nissan? I want to get my steering lock fixed(before it breaks), but I have no warranty left.
