Got a dent today

While driving to meet my fiance at her job to grab dinner, some jack *** in a construction company pickup truck peppered my Z and now I have a dent on the rear passenger side fender. Does anyone know a reliable shop in the quad cities area of Iowa that does good work? I am new to the area and it seems dealers don't get Zs in a whole lot so I'm hoping someone knows a good shop that can fix the ding for me. Super pissed!

Not from the area so I don't have an answer to your question, but if you know the construction company that the guy worked for maybe when you do find a place they could pay for the damage or come to some agreement. I would have followed that truck till I had at least the company name if not the licence plate as well and a description of the driver.

Oh I got the name on the truck and plate number. Left them a voice mail asking for a GM to call me. This dude was a total jerk...kicking up all sorts of stuff out the bed of his truck. What sucks is I'm selling my Z so this is just frustrating.

damn, that sucks. ask your dealer if they have a contracted PDR tech that comes by to fix dings on used cars and customer vehicles.

also check DentWizard.com: Dent Repair Services, Paintless Dent Removal

they are nationwide. only thing is though, rear quarter panel is difficult to access on
this car unless accessable from the wheelwell. will require the tech to drill a hole either from under the tail lamp (trunk liner
needs to be removed to remove tail lamp), or from the door jam to feed his tool through.
since it's on the gas filler side that makes it more challenging where to drill the hole....

GL!
