I have a 2010 manual transmission with 21k miles on the car. Do I need a differential oil change? Can I do it my self? Which oil should I buy?

Do I need a differential oil change? Can I do it my self? Which oil should I buy? I read that Red Line 75W90 GL-5 57904 differential fluid is good?
