Like I mentioned in my original post. It took quite a few tries for them to receive one intact.
Thanks for the response, yes mine is 2014 model registered in Jan this year so under warranty.

Would like to know what parts were replaced, did they change out the complete head lining? I am thinking in my little mind that it is not worth the hassel perhaps to have this big task done just for the slight annoyance it causes me. I need to really look at it to see the issue. My worry is that basically them ( Nissan ) tearing out the parts to replace the roof liner may in itself add other issues that were not present prior to the work being done.
