370Z Trunk Release (Dealership Issues)
My 2009 370Z is having the trunk release issue that has been reported on these forums (takes two or three times before the trunk button works). I checked the TSB and it states that it applies to vehicles built before October 2009. I verified that my vehicle was built before that time and called my dealership.
They checked my VIN number and stated that it has no active recalls, so the TSB doesn't apply to my vehicle even though it was built before that date. They are refusing to resolve the issue unless I pay for it out of pocket. Thoughts on my next course of action? |
