I also have the same problem, but Nissan/Sweden says that the TSB only applies in the USA!!? They know how difficult it is to sue them here in Europe and

I also have the same problem, but Nissan/Sweden says that the TSB only applies in the USA!!? They know how difficult it is to sue them here in Europe and therefore they pretend the problem does not exist, to save money.
I will personally go and see them with the car today and instead tell them to do whatever they think it takes to get the hatch to work normally. The car is under warranty and this obligation is still mandatory in Europe. They may not change out any parts, at first, but I will keep on complaining until I am satisfied. I will update the forum on what gets done at my European end. |
