I had thought that TSB's only applied to vehicles that they could replicate the problem, so it wasnt a recall of all models, just information to dealers about common issues

I had thought that TSB's only applied to vehicles that they could replicate the problem, so it wasnt a recall of all models, just information to dealers about common issues and the fix. When I mentioned it to the dealer about a week ago I was told they would have to replicate it before they can do anything about...though that was before the TSB was released, so maybe they can do it now
