when i brought mine in it was probably about 80% broken. i tested it right when i got to the dealer and pulled into the service lane, still broken. tech

when i brought mine in it was probably about 80% broken. i tested it right when i got to the dealer and pulled into the service lane, still broken. tech came out and it worked. tried again and it didn't work on like the 3rd time. all it had to do was fail once. they took it into the bay and verified it and crap then they were ready to agree it was broken.
