sounds good, it definitely wont hurt to try, thanks!

yup

A TSB is a prove it fix it, similar to how it has been but Nissan has acknowledge the problem basically. I told the guy helping me, look I am come in every week and bug you and it finally happen or we can fix it tomorrow morning. Not saying he was not going to fix it anyways, because they had the springs in stock, but it made my point.
Also, larger dealerships have probably already seen this issue so they are more likely to just accept the claim and go with it. |
do u just print a copy of the tsb? and take it to em ?
|
For the first time today it actually happened to me... If it happens again I will call and make a complaint.

Ya, I would just be prepared and have a copy of it with me in case they try to say they don't know what you are talking about. I can see certain dealers doing that but who knows.
|
where do i print it off?
|
TSB Rep. Thanks Dreamer.

You can right lick on my two images above and print them, they should be letter size, if that does not work send me a PM and I can email it to you as a PDF.

I drove in the ice, verrrryyyy slowly. ABS and VDC kept me safe, but I wouldn't recommend it.

So the moral of the story is, DON'T TAKE YOUR 'Z' OUT IF THERE IS ANY ICE ON THE ROAD. |
Stuck Hatch Release
When I take my 370Z back for my next service, I expect them to fix it under warranty.
It happens every time I go into the trunk. I push the release, pull up slightly, then push again to get it to open. It is a bit frustrating. With this said --- I still love the car. |
