Navigation lag/glitch..

Hey guys, I have a 13' Z with nav and occasionally it'll lag. For instance, when increasing the fan speed with the knob, the bars will either not move on

For instance, when increasing the fan speed with the knob, the bars will either not move on the first try or the bars will "laggily" increase on the nav screen..this also happens with the temp knob as well.
