I'm currently trying to find the part # so i can buy it and install it and see if thats the fix. I will most likely sell the intake, and wont put any long tube CAI's in any of my cars from now on. (unless its the stillen G3's lol they sit in a way better location) I'll keep you guys updated

My guess is that it was broken during the CAI install. When you put the new one in, make sure it's not in a bind.

I think that is a resonator but not sure.

If you have been happy with the CAI otherwise, I'd just be more careful and/or install the Nismo gizmo.

So good news the car is running great now after pullin it out and making sure everything was dry(thanks de50) and after cleaning the MAF sensors(thnks sgtgoldy). I also fixed the broken price using Trips advice(Krazy glue works like a charm).

This week I've been so stressed out about my car. And this forum is what got me through it. It's amazing the group of people we have here. I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without you guys. Thanks AK for creating this amazing forum.

Ps. A buddy of mine said to take it to get a valve compression test. Should I? And if so where can I get one(is it something any mechanic could do)?

No need for compression testing, your car doesn't have any damage, hydro lock isn't something that's easily achievable.
You're fine, go enjoy your car
