Default OBD Scanner

I'm thinking of investing in an OBD scanner. The WiFi/Bluetooth ones for Android specifically interest me. I'm curious as to what protocol the 2013 Z uses?

I'm looking at this one which supports all protocols...

Mini Small ELM327 V1.5 OBD2 Bluetooth Adapter/ Scanner Torque Android for Car Repairof Car Care & Repair with free shipping :: OPIP.com

And this one which doesn't specifically come out and say it supports all protocols...

Amazon.com: ELM327 v1.5 Bluetooth Mini Small Interface OBD2 Scanner Adapter Torque Android: Everything Else

What is the difference between all these? I'd like to get a scanner that can read all the protocols and the first one seems like it will do the job. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I can't remember the protocol the 370Z uses (should be an easy Google search) but, nowadays, it's getting hard to find an adapter that won't handle all protocols (or at least those you're likely to run into).

Edit: They both use the ELM327 (a very popular chip), so their capabilities should be very similar.

Edit 2: According to my ScanGaugeII, it's using CANSF. "Finally in 2008 all vehicles originally sold in the US or Canada were required to use the CANSF protocol." - http://www.scangauge.com/support/x-g...ansf-vehicles/
