Window sticker dealer add ons

Just curious what the following means, it is on the portion of the window sticker that is seperated from.

"Including dealer Margin
PREFERRED PACKAGE
5 YEAR
- KEY REPLACEMENT
- ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE
- NITRO FILLED TIRES"

Does this mean I have 5 years of the above three items?

I believe so. When I bought mine they offered key fob replacement for 5 yrs for $500+

most insurance company will have key replacement for a few dollars a year

But is it worth it? One dealer wanted to add UV serial numbers on all parts for about $1500. I said I'd pay nothing, it serves no purpose for me. Get the insurance company to pay for it. The place where I got the car added on the flashing brake light. I did not pay for it as I do not want it. Gimmicks, like impulse buys at the checkout lane.

Course not worth it. I didnt pay for it. It is almost as bad as Nitrogen filled tires for $70!
