code P0456. Evap small leak

Getting Gas cap loose warning message. code P0456. Evap small leak when read from Cipher. I recently installed the M370 and Z1 maf tube. Can that be the problem?? I

Evap small leak when read from Cipher. I recently installed the M370 and Z1 maf tube. Can that be the problem?? I did some search and haven't find anything m370 related with the code.
