throttle stuck and brake light on

So my throttle has been sticking for a little while but I never worried to much BC its a manual and it only sticks when the clutch pedal is pushed down.

Starting yesterday I noticed if I hit over 3500 rpm my dash brake light will come on.

Anybody have any ideas or experience these issues before?
