When I did my TP's I had no issues, but I know others have had them after TP's or HFC's from not having the gasket seated proper or not even one in there at all.

eastwest - yours had bungs right?

Sometimes due to the increase in heat at the oxygen sensor level at the tp or hfc it can throw a code. Simple fix: disable it.

Or just buy them with the bungs:ugh2:.......the good ones tend to already have them from the factory.

Op asked how to fix... not if he should have bought them with bungs... Disabling the code is a one minute job :ugh2: "the good ones" lol.

bungs also prevent you from burning the O2 sensors..........so ya the good ones..........
