Will Nissan step up to fix something under warranty?

Before I put my snow tires on tomorrow night, I want to bring my Z in to have them look at the TPMS. My TPMS had been flashing 20-30 times at random points. I think one of the sensor is cutting in and out. I am hoping Nissan is going to read the error code and replace the sensor. I am definitely not hopeful as Nissan has a history of avoiding any repairs. Since I am going back to the dealer that I bought the car, I am definitely hoping for the best as my warranty runs out in four months.

On top of that, my stupid fuel gauge has been getting worse and worse. I have burnt through 6 gallons of fuel and I am still showing two dots from full (I will prove it by filling the car up with gas after they are done telling me the car is okay) . Since the car is not throwing any error codes, I am 100% certain they are not going to replace the fuel sending unit.

Take advantage of the warranty time remaining and get the issues fixed, otherwise you will be screwed. Escalate the issue to corporate if not fixed.

Could be faulty TPMS or Battery inside TPMS is dying, only to fix that is to replace tpms and re-register the tpms to BCM with Signal Tech only used by Nissan dealerships

Dying batteries would be my guess.

Problem is that I don't think you can test the battery level without removing it physically. By the time it fails completely, my warranty will be out and I am going to be out $200 (sensor and install). I freaking hate Nissan

It's funny as the temperature drops here, both my 370z and Xterra's low tire pressure warning sign turned on... Keep us posted what is the cause.

As temperatures drop, so does tire pressure. Fill 'em up. Honestly, if they're coming on, you probably don't have enough air in them even when it's warm.

Hey man I had my fuel sending unit replaced. There is no requirement to have a code thrown in order to have it replaced all u have to do is tell them and they have to do it cause its an actually recall for those to be replaced. Don't let the dealership tell u differently.

Do you have a TSB # or recall notice for this & what years it covers? With recalls, they have to send notices to owners per NHTSA laws, I have not seen one of these.
