Cabin air filter

Is there an aftermarket air filter that we can use that will eliminate odor better or do we have to use the Nissan oem filter?

On post #24 there are several alternatives (and part numbers) listed.

I bought the Fram charcoal filter and noticed the difference immediately compared to the OEM filter. It smells much cleaner, even several months later.

Walmart has the cheapest for the G35 arm&hammer charcoal filter. $8-10 fits right in the 370z perfect fit. You might need to cut the plastic tabs off the back of your filter door. They had some small ill fitting filter in mine. The G35 on fits snug and covers from front to back the whole filter box and it works great.

even if it did, probably time to change it, so why not get a new filter and freshen it up? :D
