Steering wheel wear
Just bought an 09 370. Noticed that that the steering wheel leather is flaking off and has been worn down quite a bit.
Anyone have any experience with this. I am wondering if this is a warranty issue. Basically if I rub a spot on the wheel black flakes come off. Thanks Last edited by Cjdiezel; 02-05-2012 at 11:40 AM. |

If it's had a lot of use and has been exposed to a lot of sun then that's just normal wear. Probably a good excuse to send it off to get it re-wrapped with CF and alcantara or leather.

Good to hear it all worked out. Previous owner probably did not take care of the leather at all.
